Annular Solar Eclipse
« on: October 14, 2023, 07:37:43 pm »
Did anyone get out their solar glasses and take a look at the annular solar eclipse today?  We weren't in the path of "totality", but we had about 50% coverage, so it was still a pretty good show, although I was dodging some clouds for part of it.  I got some good pictures with my telescope's solar filter.
I come from under the hill, and under the hills and over the hills my paths led.  And through the air, I am she that walks unseen.

Hi Folks,

I hope this gets a laugh or two,... or, I'll settle for a grimace:

Go to the Coffee House. Lots of annular stuff still going on over there!

It was overcast enough we couldn't see the sun at all.  So I watched it on youtube...
