Micky is a white chicken, her breed, no clue. She went broody and we had a bunch of Banty eggs ready to go in the incubator and we thought that we would give her these eggs. She hatched out 6, they are now getting older, I would say 1.5 months old. They are cute as ol' getout. We kept Micky and her clutch in the broody pen for quite some time and introduced her to the adult chickenyards. She was in a little seventh heaven, leading her little group of babies all over the place, teaching them new things. They are pretty much on their own now, she doesn't mother them hardly at all, but they are their own little group and hang out together. Enjoy these pictures, and have that most awesome day, a beautiful life. Cindi
This is when the chicks were still in the brood pen, Titan, our little Pittbull loves to watch all the baby stuff, hee, hee. He is a wonderful and good boy and loves the critters and children to pieces.
