This is the coolest thing ever!!
I come from under the hill, and under the hills and over the hills my paths led.  And through the air, I am she that walks unseen.

That was awesome Sal. This reminds me of another great American. While he mentioned three potential threats he included all. Patrick Henry what a blessing ,he, and those who stood with him, and those he stood with.

"Let us trust God and our better judgment to set us right hereafter. United we stand, divided we fall. Let us not split into factions which must destroy that union upon which our existence hangs. Let us preserve our strength for the French, the English, the Germans, or whoever else shall dare invade our territory, and not exhaust it in civil commotions and intestine wars."

Patrick Henry, Last public speech before his death (4 March 1799); as quoted in Patrick Henry: Life, Correspondences and Speeches (1891) by William Wirt Henry, Vol. 2
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV

Hi Folks,

Marine veteran Winsome Sears becomes first female and woman of color elected as Virginia's lieutenant governor

This is the not the first barrier Sears has broken. Sears, a U.S. Marine veteran, previously served in Virginia's House of Delegates. She was the first Black Republican woman, first female veteran and first "legal immigrant" woman elected to that position, she says on her campaign website.

Hi Folks,

If you lock a US Marine in a room with an anvil ....
... He will either break it, lose it, or get it pregnant.

Hi Folks,

Re-post from a friend:

"I went to Kroger tonight wearing one of my husband's sweatshirts.

I got in line to check out and the man in front of me asked if the sweatshirt was mine. I said 'oh no, it's my husband's.' It caught me pretty off guard, to say the least. He then asked if Austin was with me so he could say thank you and I just said 'thank you, but unfortunately, he's deployed right now.'

The man then, without hesitation started putting my groceries up on the belt with his and told me he was paying for my groceries tonight. I was speechless. The only thing I could get out was, 'oh my gosh, are you sure, thank you so much' almost a dozen times.

He said, 'that place over there almost took me away from my wife and my four kids. Promise you'll stay true and honest to him while he's gone and love him like you've never loved him before when he gets home.'

I'm still in shock over an hour later. There's still so much good in the world and we need to start focusing on that rather than focusing on all the bad."
