OMG! BARRY!

I thought what you posted was a Big Lie! This is a thread for BIG LIES!!!

I'm so sorry. I posted a bunch of obvious lies cause I thought what you posted was a lie!

That's too funny.

The following is NOT a lie. I wish you good fortune with your new property. It looks chock full of deciduous and pine,... USA?? Also, what's that little tree that looks like you planted it? Coffee?? Cacao??

Oh! About that loan I mentioned. I'm a bit short myself right now. Maybe next time.

That was fun. I hope you got a kick out of it.

Barry,
When I first read your post I thought you were for real about the property and I was going to move it to a new thread for you. While I was doing that and had problems copying the pictures, I then saw the title. Then I thought you meant it as a Big Lie and left it alone.
Kind of ironic.

At first I thought this should bee in the Humor Is A Funny Thing, then I realized it was all true and not really funny, just a bunch of lies,  so I left it in The Coffee House.  :cheesy:

Hi Folks,

Molson Export! Breakfast of Champions!

It may sound unbelievable, but Canada?s revised laws on impaired driving could see police demand breath samples from people in bars, restaurants, or even at home. And if you say no, you could be arrested, face a criminal record, ordered to pay a fine, and subjected to a driving suspension.

You could be in violation of the impaired driving laws even two hours after you?ve been driving. Now, the onus is on drivers to prove they weren?t impaired when they were on the road.

DRINK CANADA DRY!

This is not believable.  You are going to drive home from work and when you get home start popping brews then 2 hours later they are going to raid your home and arrest you for driving under the influence?  Not likely.

Hi Folks,

Socialist firebrand Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would give Trump a close race for president says poll even though she's too young to run until 2028

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would give President Donald Trump a run for his money if she were old enough to run for president in 2020

A new Rasmussen Reports poll found 43 percent would pick Trump while 40 percent would vote for Ocasio-Cortez in a hypothetical matchup
And 17 percent are undecided

Ocasio-Cortez is is only 29 however so can't run for the White House until 2028

YIKES!!!

Hi Folks.

I got up this morning, made a coffee, feeding the dog, ... and I heard about those blankety blank white Catholics, and that poor, poor Viet Nam vet, Native American elderly person. Poor, poor Viet Nam vet, Native American elderly person.

Please watch this to see how bad those white Catholics were:

the boys should be commended for not getting into it with either group.  One was nasty and the other got in their faces banging drums and chanting.  I might have taken a swing at one or the other...or both.
They are so divorced from their own interests that even when their own security and that of their children is finally compromised, they do not seek to avert the danger themselves but cross their arms and wait for the nation as a whole to come to their aid. Yet as utterly as they sacrifice their own free will, they are no fonder of obedience than anyone else. They submit, it is true, to the whims of a clerk, but no sooner is force removed than they are glad to defy the law as a defeated enemy. Thus one finds them ever wavering between servitude and license.

1st world problems. When people have everything they need, and most of what they want, it's hard to sell them something. So you sell drama where it doesn't exist.

Without a camera filming them they probably would not have done this.

The camera can "see" one thing, but the editor can make it "see" whatever he/she wants.  There are questions about what really happened.  Whoever released the video that caused such a stir may be in training to work for CNN.

Another thing to keep in mind Dallas, these two demonstrating groups were not some upset, spur of the moment, (lets go do some demonstrating type folks), from every indication, sitting here watching the video, they seemed to be trained perhaps possibly even professional  demonstrators. These kids were here as a school group, most likely, a group that large, visiting their nations capital. They wasn't bothering anyone, provoking anyone, enticing anyone. They were looking on in wonder at the demonstrations, they had probably never seen such a sight as was happening before their very eyes! They didn't say a word until the hateful, name calling, and I as I don't know if they were professional demonstrators, tried to suck them in, vacuum them into their hate trap by verbally abusing these children. The hateful seemed to do all they could do to provoke this diverse group of children The white kids the black kids as well, but it didn't matter to the hate-filled what color the children were, they appeared to be  using each of the childrens color, and religion  as a tool to abuse, these sweet Catholic kids!  The kids took it as fun and games, were smiling, laughing, in pure amazement and innocents, and will one day realize that they were under attack from a wicked evil and seemed to be well organized, hateful group of non loving, child abusers, wishing to spread misery and hate before their very steps! Un-relentlessly picking on innocent these Catholic kids. These kids did not come to demonstrate, or be a part of a demonstration, but simply visit their Nations Capitol.  But as Kathy suggested , didn't this large group sweet children handle it well?  Especially when these hating ugly name calling demonstrators approached them, beating war drums, making space through these sight seeking kids, as the two hate filled groups were seemingly hoping, wishing, wanting, yearning to provoke, these kids to do something that they could use to blame hate on the innocent kids!    Luke Ch 17 vs 1 Then said he unto the disciples it is impossible but that offenses will come but woe unto him, through whom they come.  2 It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than he should offend one of these little ones.   These poor sweet catholic kids.    Mathew Ch 16: 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered him and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.  17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.  !9  And I say also unto thee. That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.   Gods Holy Word

Very well said - both Dallas and Ben (phillip). I loved the Scripture.

Also note: I have the yearbook to prove that I attended High School on an Indian Reservation. The "individual" with the drum did not act like, or speak like, any "Tribal Elder" that I've ever known (Apache, Navaho, Havasu, Flathead, Sioux, Blackfoot, Arapahoe, etc). And I don't think his type would be tolerated in, nor does he represent, any Tribe I've been in contact with. He sounded much more like a modern day CNN Hack - IMNSHO.

1st world problems. It must have been a slow news day for CNN. But maybe that's normal reporting for them - I don't know because I don't watch them. People are in need of drama, and CNN is supplying it.

You can bet that CNN has 100's of 1,000's of hrs of video from "The Mall" - and this is what they choose to air ... ... ... what else can be said about them?.?.

Side note: those young people handled themselves very well.
