Tlynn, you are so right. Your kindness & interest in the other person may just be the highlight of their day,week or month!! Even if someone is being a jerk I try to be calm & polite, much easier on me. I feel bad being mean & we just don't know what is going on in the lives of others. I won't however go back if the "feel" of the store is bad or if I get treated badly by more than 1 person. It's important to have good relationships w/all the people you deal with, just makes the daily tasks of living less stressful. Also if you are reasonable people will usually go out of their way to help you in all situations..the unreasonable ones (aka my husband)make people less likely to even want to help..it's the "uh oh...here HE comes..lets take a break!!" Although he has come in handy to do the "good cop bad cop" routine to resolve things..heh heh :evil: Jody
