I tasted my honey today for the first time.

I could taste a citrus flavor in there.  Very distinct.  I just haven't a clue where there getting it from.  I sure hope they fill that super, that was some fine honey!

They haven't touched the super and it's been on there for three weeks...  should I be worried?
