well went and removed another hive yesturday, hive hasnt been there long only filled about 5 frames of comb, my #1 helper (WIFE) was with me and she found the queen after i got the comb out of the way, then she said hand me the other queen catcher , and then she caught another queen, 2 queens in a hive, got to looking for queen cells and there they were, guest this is a supercedure queen, well the smaller queen flew up up and away after i installed them in the hive, the big darker queen went in the hive the other, I dont know if the smaller queen came back or not , i left the top off for about 45 minutes with just the intercover on the hive,, tame bee's worked them without vails or gloves after we seen how calm they were. oh it was my wifes birthday and she got her first sting, I told her it was her birthday present and now she is certified remover now, you could guest what she told me %#*&%, BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
