Bio-Haz Suits, Police and the 4th of July
« on: July 15, 2008, 11:54:23 am »
This 4th of July weekend brought very unusual happenings to Pullman, Washington. It seems that one of  the citizens of our small town noticed several strange men in full body white suits walking around on the hill next to our industrial park. Concerned about a potential threat to our community, he/she reported their observation to the local police, who dutifully arrived on scene, with shotguns at the ready. The police surprised the bio terrorists, who were walking around with smoking cannisters containing some sort of evil brew.  After a moment of laughter and embarrassment, the bio-terrorists went on their way, working their hives and the police had a good story to share at the police station.

Life in a small town is full of surprises and opportunities to laugh.

After all the excitement passed, everyone had a pretty good laugh about it.  No harm was done and it became the source of a lot of jokes at the place where we work.  Who said that bee keeping couldn't be exciting?

Just think if they were suited to the gills doing sugar shakes with powdered sugar everywhere, how would they have explained that one?? :-D

I think a while back someone posted about some white substance in a parking lot and they called in the terrorist unit, shut the whole area down for some flower or something, scary and funny at the same time. ;)
