How long does it usually take this Evodia tree to bloom. Going on the 2nd year and no blooms. 2014 being third year hopefully will bloom. Any suggestions. Pembroke

Get some pound in fertilizer spikes for around the roots. They have them for fruit & for blossoming types of trees

One I have bloomed the third year. It is 4 feet high.
Another did not bloom this year, it's fifth. It is 12 feet high.
