The hive that didn't make it had a mouse in it, is the comb still ok to use when I get a new nuc for that hive? I haven't dismantled the hive yet to see all the damage just seen a bunch of mouse droppings on the pile of sugar I left them. Its still too darn cold here. Its starting to warm up here finally. I've had one crazy winter :)

Get the mouse out and sealed out and stop the damage! The amount of damage determines whether you will be able to reuse the equipment. The bees will clean it up so the amount of damage is the issue.

I would give all the combs to your other hive. They will clean things up. Then when you get a nuc you can steal what you need from that hive...
