Hello, Was informed the best time to get supers was when nights get colder, I live in south central pa, around 50 at nights now roughly, any advice on month or temps?

Anytime, daytime as long as they are full.

You should be pulling your honey supers off and beginning winter preparations now. Hopefully you got some goldenrod honey in the past few weeks. If not, take the supers off anyway. Install mouse guards and consolidate frames. Start feeding syrup if necessary. It's probably best to feed with an open feeder - a boardman style feeder placed some distance away from the hive works well.
