Broken NewBee Links

I noticed a couple of the "must-read" links are broken.  On the top-right there's a link that says "** NEWS: NEW MEMBERS PLEASE READ  - CLICK HERE ** ".  It points to http://forum.beemaster.com/index.php/topic,30884.0.html which just seems to pop a new tab to the main index.

The second one I found was in the "NEW MEMBERS MUST READ THIS" post, with a link "saying Please take a few minutes and review the forum bylaws by CLICKING HERE."  That links to http://forum.beemaster.com/index.php/topic,19652.0.html but similarly pops a new tab to the main forum page.

I think both are supposed to go to "2019 Beemaster Forum Bylaws - PLEASE READ" - https://beemaster.com/forum/index.php?topic=19652.0 ?

Normally I'd not worry too much about broken links, but these seem important.
