Barley Honey

Does anyone intentionally go after Barley honey or has anyone ended up with barley honey?  If so, is there anything unique about the after-taste?  How would you describe the color and thickness?  
I suspect one of my colonies made a dandy early batch of it and would like to confirm before it happens again next spring.
