French Hills Apiaries is Michael Palmer.  I don't know if he offers these in any way or not, but he would be the source of anything with that name in it...

Brother Adam influenced Kirk Webster and Kirk had some early influence on Mike
Kirks stuff is all on his website.
That would help you a lot.
BA book is beekeeping at buck fast abbey worth a read
Micheal Bush has a great compendium available as well

Doolittle and Jay smith really nail it in my opin. BA goes into the selection process which is the difference between breeder and rearer.
