Why not both? OJ for murder and what's his face (Thurman?) for lying and tampering with evidence. IMHO both jury's, criminal and civil made the correct verdict.

OJ was not guilty because the jury found him not guilty.  Rittenhouse is not guilty for the same reason.  There is much evidence to support the second verdict.  Less for OJ, but that's how it goes.

We are not guaranteed an accurate outcome.  Just a fair trial and decision by a jury.   
Someone really ought to tell them that the world of Ayn Rand?s novel was not meant to be aspirational.
