Home Made bee smoker?

Hi all, Im wondering if its possible to make a home made bee smoker? If so, how do you go about it?

Possible?  Sure.  Practical?  I don't think so.

The bellows is the hard part.  If you replace that with a tube you blow in it's pretty simple.  :)
