Western Washington Trainee
« on: April 23, 2014, 09:29:16 am »
Greetings

Don here.

A complete rookie. Bee Keeping has been on the list for a long, long time. I have been fortunate enough to be able to dive in to the pool this year.

Installed three packages last Saturday.

Hopefully I can keep them alive.

I am still a tad overwhelmed by all of the information that is available. The different style and techniques. I tend to lean away from chemicals and meds. However believe there is a time and a place for most things. We will see where I land.

Welcome to the forum, Don.  There is a lot of info out there, and here also.  You may want to join your local bee club too.  Good luck to you and your bees.  When you have questions, just post them someone will usually give you an answer.

Welcome to the forum, Don. Check out the videos in the honey bee removals. Lot of good info there.
