Politicians are considering a 2 mile area around seedless citrus a bee free zone.
I can't believe they are still considering this.

A popular Spanish sentence says "cuando veas las barbas de tu vecino rapar, pon las tuyas a remojar" -when you see that your neighbour´s beard is being shaved, you would soak yours-

Eastern Spain has a legislation against hives around seedless mandarines, 1,5 kms is the distance that "nonsense people" has ordered.
