Hey JP!
I like it on a saltine too!
Ok,.....It tastes like....Thick soy sauce sort of....When you smell it, it smells familiar....Like an old dark beer..Its salty, but in a different sort of salty way.
My wife thinks its nasty...She thinks its just something that the ozzies use to tell Yanks to eat, then they laff at us!
I dont agree....For me, I was warned to take it lite...and I did....I HAD TO taste it several times before I could make up my mind..Its genuinely all its own!!!..Nothing like it!..When you spread it on a ritz, It looks like when you butter a toast and then spread cinnamon on it..Its dark! Like cake frosting!
Actually, I think youre gonna like it..Its strange, but good...Not spicy...Not too salty...Not too malty either...As for me, I can really slather it on a cracker now!..I havent tried it on buttered toast yet, But I'm sure I will!
Oh yeh....No aftertaste either..Thats why I think I had to try it several times(a sleeve of Ritz) till I could actually have the flavor in my mouth long enuff to decide what I thot!
I would eat it constantly, but a case cost 60.00 with freight..And the jars are about the size of the jars that boulion cubes come in!
Sooo,...Get it and spread it!...Then, give us a full report!
your friend,
Barra! :-D
