Yeah, no need to push that garbage but let's imprison the prohibited who get caught with guns. So many of the violent criminals in Philthytown have multiple 'prohibited' charges in their rap sheets. Let's start by getting them off the streets.

agree, but ATF almost never pursues that. Most states have parallel laws to the federal ones and the cases are prosecuted through them.
