Jim, is this the right place on Beemaster, move as necessary, no problem.

Ok, Here is my simple recipe:

Ground Brazil nuts 1 cup
Ground Oates 1 cup
Maple syrup 2 tablespoons
Honey 4 tablespoons

This makes a soft granola.  After 24 hours the nuts and oates absorb the honey and syrup.  The granola is moldable as shown in the pics.  There are many ways to critique to your special taste such as adding vanilla, cinnamon, different nuts, or Bourbon.  Add Bourbon first so it will be absorbed.  A healthy snack, high in fiber, always ready to eat.  I do not refrigerate my granola.

I do bake the Brazil nuts 325F for fifteen minutes, do not brown and ground when cool.
