Beekeepers: Does a certain strain of bee produce a better or different tasting honey than another strain of bee? Example: If your bees were in the middle of a field of clover which stretched for miles and miles in each direction, would one breed of bee produce a better or different tasting honey than that of another breed?
2 Chronicles 7:14
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Apis mellifera is the source of virtually all honey on the planet.  The subspecies doesn't matter.
