I found it.



Is says it is a self pollenating plant. If that is the case does it even have nectaries to attract pollinators?

In my younger days I baled lots of sericea  and I do not remember  bees in the meadows but then I was not looking for bees

That?s it Jim. I can?t find any good info. Some say some years they will work it. A lot of here on the reclaim ground.

You all were right - they got me the other day!!! But I remember all the clover bloom in Kentucky as a child being stung quite a bit

I have seen my bees working it, but at the time it was a period of dearth. I have no idea if they actually get any appreciable nectar or pollen from it.  :smile:
