Title: Messages Inbox/Outbox Capacity

Just out of curiosity, there used to be a little bar at the top of your inbox and outbox in your PMs that said how full it was getting.  That seems to be gone for me lately.  Is there no longer a capacity limit?

Must be your browser as we have not changed anything on the forum in quite a while.   Still shows for me.

Hm, that's weird.  I've tried it on IE, Edge, and Safari, and I can't see it.

I don't have IE or edge but just tried safari and it shows for me.
