Hi Folks. I met Robo on a recent beekeeping visit to Hudson Valley, hence my appearance here.
A bit about me.............

Started beekeeping in 1963 in West Sussex
Had 130 colonies for about 15 years
Member of Wisborough Green Division, West Sussex BKA, currently Apiary Manager and Life President
Past BBKA Trustee
Vice Chairman and Conference and Workshop Sec of BIBBA
Own and run Dave Cushman's website
Author and contributor to bee press
Moderator of BBKA Forum
Long time speaker and demonstrator

I am a practical beekeeper who encourages others to understand their bees in order to manage them in a caring way.
I am very busy, so may not have time to make much contribution.

Roger Patterson.

Roger,
Welcome to Beemaster.
Sounds like you have a lot to offer.
Do you treat your bees with any chemicals?

Welcome to beemaster, I'm sure you have seen plenty of changes in the world of bee keeping over those years.

Great to have you onboard. Would love to get your take on the styles of beekeeping and the way they have changed from when bees were breed more of the feral breed  than now being breed more docile.
