Too late for Re-Queening in Victoria?

Hi All,
As I'm stuck working from home (Covid19) I was thinking I could re-queen my hives now.
Only I'm not sure if queens are available or it is too late in the season and if so, would it be too cold to mail them to Melbourne?
Cheers
Damien

I had a lot of trouble finding a supplier who had a queen about two weeks ago. The supplier said they only did one this late because I only wanted one. I tried Queensland and Kangaroo Island suppliers, but didn't even get a reply from some of them; the ones who did reply all said they've closed up shop until spring. I'd be very surprised if you could find one now.
