Just for fun I built this frame building fixture.
Because there is too much variation in the milling of the parts even when you buy from the same supplier things wouldn't line up from batch to batch to make the assemble glitch free.  Anyway I had fun building it.

  Of all the different Jig assemblies. This is the first one that I have seen that. Works off of the outside of the frame. All the other ones I have seen that work well measure off the inside of the frame. Just maybe something you think about. Hope you have a great day.
