Title: Icelandic Chickens
Post by: GSF on January 09, 2015, 07:29:51 am
We're looking at getting some of these chickens. Thinking about it is as far as we got. Does anyone have any insight into this breed?
Such as where to buy and behavior? I understand that they are endangered.

Hi GSF,

Please click the link.

http://www.backyardchickens.com/products/icelandic-or-viking-hen

Browse around the site. It's a riot! It's all about "birds" (and a little other stuff). I get a big kick out of the "kids" that are posting.

The "Duck" forum is very entertaining.

Diapers on chickens???? Duckies in the bathtub????

Sal.
