Who sells a complete 8 frame starter bee hive? or can someone tell me what i would need if i bought each item separate... a list would help.........Thanks :?

You will need a bottom board for each hive.  A cover for each hive (either an inner cover and a telescopic or just a migratory).  You will need eight frames for each box.  You'll need probably about four boxes for each hive to start off.  You will need more later, but that's a good start.  I'd buy the Italian hive tool from Brushy Mt. and a jacket with a zip on veil.  Regular leather driving gloves will tuck into the sleeves on the jacket.  A smoker is helpful.  Get a big one.  They are easier to light and easier to keep lit.
