can any one tell me what free anti viris are out there that i can down load.

I use Fire Fox do I need anything other than SPYBOT? which is the only thing I have.

I use the same combo as Understudy, my computer is 5 years old, and they've caught everything that's tried to come through.

Mine is 9 years and I had a once go down, lost every thing, ziltz. got it back up and my son upgraded to XP3 yrs ago. doing O.K. cept for dial up is slow.

I like the browser Firefox with its plugin Adblocker.
AVG Free Edition and its AVG Ant-Rootkit Free.
Lavasofts AD-AWARE (CAREFULL there are several look-a-like progams that are DANGEROUS!)
SPYBOT Search and Destroy

my free choices are
Avast for anti-virus
SuperAntiSpyware for malware and spyware

I dont use these anymore because I went ahead and bought Kaspersky Internet Security Suite 7.0, just want more protection than free stuff...
