I didn?t mean for this get out of hand. I read multi tool and multifunctional tool interchangeably and breezed right over the brushes burning up. I thought I was being cute and made a joke.
Box cutters (razors) are indeed handy when doing Sheetrock. I use them when doing patch work, installing new door cases and such.
The oscillating tool or multi fiction tool is handy as well. Mine is a Porter Cable frame Lowe?s. I?ve never called it or heard it (where it sunk in at least) called a multifunction tool.

I have not used the rockwell tool though it is probably built on the same principle. I did not intend to offend you. I did mention the multi functional tool in post 20, which is a tool sold by Harbor Freight and again in post 22 using the very description used in their lineup for this tool. Before this I also mentioned, before you posted your pictures, the very name of the company which makes the "Multimaster" the version from Fine tools from Germany in post 22. I think this was the original tool of this kind? Two different names same function. The multi functional tool form HF has the same 'look' as the tool I have seen JP and Schawee use numerous times in their videos and cutouts as well. Maybe theirs is a different name and brand?
Honestly, do you think your post of pictures of a box cutter and a multi blade pocket knife are worth $239.00? I will answer for you, No; I know you don't. That is why I ask if you were trolling and if so was I wasting my time in trying to help.
No offence intended here of my part. Chill out and smile with me.
