Suggestion to help new members
« on: October 21, 2015, 12:00:47 am »
I'd like to suggest a bit of a tutorial for new members to help them set up profiles.  We spend a lot of time urging people to enter their locations.  I just went through a thing where someone said they couldn't adjust their profile because they were new.  By the time I typed instructions on going to home>profile>modify profile, etc., and started to send it, they apparently deleted their posting (i'm not sure how they did that).

I'm wondering if it may be more difficult making the changes with tapatalk. I have not used the app in a while, and had my profiler setup long before tapatalk was even a thought.
Some people are reluctant to narrow down location too far due to privacy reasons, and we  respect that here. Thus not a requirement when registering.
