Hi, I have just found the forum from a link in a beekeepers blog and joined the "family". Looking forward to gleaning lots of useful information and hopefully posting some as well. I started keeping bees last year, with a purchased Nuc and a swarm from a local beekeeper. I have already had to re-queen the nuc and perform an artificial swarm on the swarm, so steep learning curve so far. My wife says the bees are causing me too much worry, but being new to the game it is natural/

Welcome to the forum, Mike

Welcome to the forum, Mike.  It isn't great to run into a lot when starting on one hand, but it increases your knowledge quick.  As a new beek you will worry a lot, it does get a little less as time goes on.  Good luck to you and your bees.

Joe
