What did I do wrong? I clicked on the link to download Ventrilo and it downloaded but I had no place to enter all the info I was supposed to enter like the IP address and all. How do I do that?

You shoulsd have a little man with sunglasseds on your desktop.Double click this and it should open the ventrilo window.
If you dont see the server button to the right ,right click in the white space of the ventrilo window and click on the view then  extended mode
you should be able to see what you need!

I did what you said to do and sure enough I could set the Ventrilo up. You mentioned in your email that there is a new server now. Do I need to do anything else? What is the name of the new server? I didn't hear any chatting when I went in so I assumed that no one was on at that time. Is that correct? or do I need o do something else on my computer?

Thanks for the assistance.

Judy:

We are now setup with the NEW expanded user Ventrilo Chat - you only need to change the IP and PORT numbers - you do this AFTER opening Ventrilo but BEFORE hitting connect.

Also, what you call the server is totally up to you and no password is required. Every (hopefully) is at the new server, although the address that Ken mentions above is STILL active.

The new server info is: IP 208.167.241.163 port 8896

Hope to talk soon :)
