Honey Hive Farms:
How is it keeping bees in NY? I bet the Winters are like Missouri. We spend half the year getting the bees ready for the Winter.  In Arizona we spend most of the time keeping water around them, looking for flowers / nectar for the bees. No rain to speak of sense January, crazy dry year. Wish you well...
