Stingless bees, then why the protective gear? I think its great whenever people are spreading the word. Thanks for posting.

Stingless bees bite. They in some cases have acid they secrete.

Brendhan, you think they were working stingless bees in the picture? I have heard of stingless bees but don't know anything about them. Do they resemble honeybees? They make honey like honeybees?

They produce honey, just a bit different than honeybees.

You still need a veil because even if they don't sting they swarm and probably still go for the dark spots like eyes, nose and mouth....
