Anyone remember my inspector issues
« on: August 18, 2019, 09:33:39 am »
I cannot find the thread but it?s been about 3 weeks.
Did he in fact cause my colony to die I reported this week? Isn?t that incubation time and the way he took middle frames out, is it possible he killed my queen?
Is there anything I can do?
I was going to text him the link to your all?s responses to show him how he needs to learn some more.
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world
Then all else falls in line
It?s up to me

Salty,

Looking at the video, the frames were not that crowded to cause bees to bee rolled as the frames were removed.
Noting that he only found one queen cell in the hive and fresh eggs, I strongly suspect that the bees are superceduring to replace the queen. It may have just been capped and she is not laying yet.
