Hmmm..sounds like a delicious plant.  wonder if it could be grown in a pot for harvesting.  The 10 foot roots couldn't go anywhere.  Just kidding.  I like greens, but I like cultivated ones, or better yet, the new shoots of the stinging nettle and fiddlehead greens (ostrich fern).  Best of a great day.  Cindi

I did not read the article, but I have seen the plant in my travels. It looks like something you would not want to start growing in your area unless it is all you want growing in your area. It climbs up and drapes over everything snuffing the life out of all other plants, including tall trees.
