It?s 7:30 in the evening. I have 2 queen castles I placed cells in last Friday. I?m not use to seeing this activity. It?s similar to robbing, but my other QC and Nucs are fine. Is this a mating flight return? This late in afternoon?

Looks more like orientation flights by young bees. I notice this in my hives in the afternoon, usually between 3pm & 6pm. I love to grab a coffee and watch all of the action. Nothing to worry about.
