This month, Saving Private Ryan opened in American theaters. I like that movie and watch it once a year on the anniversary of D-day.
First time I watched it, I thought Captain Miller was there with his family, until it was revealed that it was Private Ryan was the man there with his family. I like the movie also. I am thankful for these brave soldiers who were really involved in this all out war. My family lost a member on Christmas Day in the battle of the bulge . He came home on leave just before Normandy, and told the family that he had a deep feeling that something big was about to take place and he loved them all, and he would not return. He was correct.

Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; which have eyes, and see not; which have ears, and hear not:
2 Chronicles 7:14
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
