It's a drone cell isn't it?

It was a little bigger than a drone cell that's why I didn't know?

All queen cells are vertical, this cell is horizontal. The bullet capping is what tells us it is a drone cell.

I would want to see more than one photo before I make that call.  It is hard to get the third dimension with a single photo.

Could it be the start of a queen cup? Is it open on the side that we can't see?

Watch the vidios abnormal conditions 1 and 3 on this site.

It shows queen cells that look like that.

I watched part of part 3. I see a lady using a hive tool to separate two frames by prying against the comb and tearing a large hole in the comb, in a box mixed with wood and plastic frames. Then I see a "guy??" with his hat on backward and gross looking ear implants. I didn't need to watch any more, as I didn't want those people teaching me anything.

I'm thinking you may have seen queen cells made from a drone larva in a laying worker hive. In that case, it may be horizontal. It is still a drone cell.

Iddee
You could be right, I just thought it had the same look.  My back was out last week and so I spent a day and watched all those vidios cause I couldn't do any thing else anyway.  I even watched the one on lighting a smoke.  I thought most were pretty good but would have rather my back not have been out.
