Kentucky laws or permits needed for cutouts?

Does anyone know if Kentucky requires a permit or certification to do cutouts?    I have read on the forum that some states require a permit or pest control license but I have also seen where that it isn't required unless you use chemicals.   Thanks

Check with some of the pest control guys in the area. Most won't mess with bees and will refer jobs to you if no permit is needed. Also check with your county extension office. That will know the laws.
