Honey Bee Behavior
« on: August 18, 2004, 04:04:02 pm »
Greetings:
I plan to give a presentation about honey bee behavior to a group of local beekeepers. I am familiar with basic bee biology, sensory stimuli & responses, Von Friesh's work & Winston's "Biology of the Honeybee". What I would like info on is finding any recent info on orientation, navigation and environmental & pheromone control of behavior. Does any one have any ideas to point me toward?
THANKS!
PAUL
