I introduced a queen today and when she came out of her cage she just sat there and it looked like they were kisssing and licking her .If they are going to kill the queen how do they do it kirk-o

They gang up on her and bite her legs, wings, attempt to sting. It usually is a "ball" of bees, and the phrase balling the queen is generally the discription used.
