Thats why I try to buy local everything, aside from the fact I like to support our own local producers.
I went grocery shopping yesterday and you should have seen how long it took me to find an apple juice that didn't come from china.
The apple orchard where we go apple picking had a newspaper article haning up this past fall about how most of the apple juice we buy comes from china.
Its such a shame when we have all these available growers/producers here.
As for the honey, I hope more people become aware of this too and support our local beekeepers.
