The problem is the more land you have the more taxes you have to pay... When I was in Montana there was an old joke from back in the depression days.  A rancher is talking to his fellow ranchers about how he took advantage of someone who was buying some of his land.  They thought they bought 10 sections but he actually sold them 20...
