Hi, All!

Last season I have good result growing these golden roots under the
trees.  It is in another section of my shaded garden that I devote a fairly large
plot under the tree's canopy.   Right now is another new growing season in
mid-March.  I have already seen many new shoots sprouting out of the ground from last year's plants.  So I've ordered a few hundred dollars worth of golden roots and stratified seeds for this season.  I hope to naturalize the entire plot under the trees with  these interesting plants.  Who ever tell you that they will not do good under a hot and dry semi-desert condition here has not try them yet.  Anybody growing these?

If you grow them in N.C., the gov. will give you free room and board, buy all your clothes, and pay all your medical bills.

herbhome:
My hollow is chock full of them or at least used to be. Any place you can easily get to with a four wheeler has been dug out. 30 yrs ago it was matted out in four prong plants.

Ok I will bite. What is Golden Root? I see they sell it as a powder.
