I heard someone say that last night on MSNBC Hillary Clinton made a comment about North and South Korea. (I don't remember all she said) She said: "Donald Trump needs to be careful what he says about North Korea because the border between North and South Korea is only just miles apart..,"

I like her about as much as I like getting diarrhea, but she's not all wrong there. The DMZ is about 2.6 miles wide. If you don't count that as part of either country.
