I finally had to re-register. I don't think I initially posted twice within the intro 2 week period and got dropped. No wonder my taptalk app wouldn't work right.

So, it was monster nectar flow this year; a nightmare situation. Everything was nectar bound and the bees were backfilling and one only has so much woodenware.
At any rate, we survived and looking forward to a normal varroa & SHB summer like the good old days..... :rolleyes:

Can you extract and put the super back on. There is still Augest for the bees to gather nector.  -Mike

 I think we are well into dearthy time of the year and I am just DONE with honey harvesting at this time although I have 8 more frames to spin out ( 6 are spinning right now)...I am so done.....I can't wait to put a ribbon on it and then wash my equipment and put it away until next may.....I need my work shop back.

A lot of people get into beekeeping for the honey and get out of beekeeping because of the honey.

G'day BeeBad, a' greets... tapaTalk is a huge fail for myself on a Samsung Galaxy II , this sites usual interface was also a problem until the recent server change in which period I upgraded miniOpera, twice. It all works fine now :-)
