Planting them today. Raspberries are my favorite fruit and typically raspberries can't be grown where I am but I have read rave reviews about this raspberries and it comes from a nursery I trust and they said it would work in my area of the world.

Will be interesting to see how they go.
Your climate isn't a lot warmer than mine here in Aus and rainfall is similar. We planted some a couple of seasons ago that yielded exceptionally last year not as well this year but probably as a result of not thinning enough.

Keep us updated, I would say your climate is almost the same as mine at home, our raspberries are at the farm that is less than 20miles away but 1500' higher. Not a massive difference in climate but enough to make a difference at times.
I was picking tomatos at home when they were just starting to flower at the farm but now at the back end of the season they have been finished for well over a month at home and still getting 100lb a week at the farm.

I planted some last year.   They're great.   Keep in mind that raspberries need a LOT of water.   I put soaker hoses on mine for this year.

Water is no problem for me. Even on a dry year we get 45 inches of rain and I have 1 1/2 main lines with fire hose hook ups near by.

I like them.  And I like them better than 'prelude', which are earlier.  So I'm thinking of pullling out the Prelude and splitting the Carolinas.
